The client
OneStep is a health-tech company. The kind of business where the product is genuinely strong and the job is reach: more of the right people finding it, understanding it fast, and trusting it.
The problem
A good product doesn’t sell itself if nobody finds it and the message doesn’t land. OneStep wanted to be more visible in search, and clearer in how the site spoke to the people it’s for.
What I did
I worked on two fronts.
First, Webflow SEO: the technical setup, plus a round of keyword research to find the real openings, the searches their audience actually makes, not the ones that just sound right.
Then the words. Copy recommendations to sharpen the message, so a visitor gets what OneStep does and why it matters without having to dig for it.
The aim was simple. Be found, and once you’re found, be understood.
Where it landed
OneStep has since gone on to raise a $36M Series B. The SEO and messaging work isn’t the reason they raised it, but it’s the kind of foundation a fast-growing company runs on: a site that gets found, and says the right thing when it does.
